Denver Wedding Photographer

 for modern, free-spirited, artistic couples

my favorite belly-laughs, happy tears, and quiet moments...

I'm Kate!

I’m a dog obsessed, coffee shop lurking, mischievously playful, Colorado wedding photographer. I’m blessed with a very dry sense of humor (I’m British, I can't help it) and love using it to diffuse awkwardness in front of the camera. I specialize the intimate weddings of independent, modern, free-spirited, artists who want photos that are authentic and true to them. There are few things in this world I love more than documenting the raw emotion, laughter, and affection of a couple and their guests on their wedding day.

what other newlywed couples have to say...

Kirbie + Dylan

“Dylan and I are so overwhelmed with how many stunning, beautiful moments you captured. I can't say enough to thank you for everything you have done for us. We are so in love with all of the photos of our family, the scenery and every intimate moment you captured.”

Ali + Kelton

"Where do I begin...! From the moment we met Kate we could tell she was super passionate about her work, down to earth, and a true listener. I already knew her work was stunning from her portfolio, but I am completely blown away with the images she captured from our wedding."

Nate + Molly

"In short, if you are looking for a wedding photographer, we cannot recommend her enough. Her work speaks for itself, but if you’re having doubts, stop having them and book her. She was one of the best wedding decisions we made."

let's be real...

I mean it. The lack of authenticity in the wedding industry infuriates me. Throughout my whole process, I am real and true to myself. That's all I ask of you, too. My goal is to capture you both exactly as you are, and to tell your story with honesty. Ultimately, this is about you. Your relationship. Your party. And that's what's most important to me.

my number one goal...

My heart sings when I walk away from a session or a wedding knowing I captured something 100% genuine. I hate stiff poses, faked smiles, and awkwardness. I am only happy when I know I made my couples completely comfortable so they let the walls down to really be with each other. Does that sound like the type of experience you'd like on your wedding day?
